JetTec Apps (“JetTec”, “we”, “our”) builds flightcrew-first tools with privacy at the core. JetTrack does not see, store, or transmit your roster data, crew names, personal information, or login details. All information is kept entirely on your device.
JetTrack runs locally. There are no JetTec servers that hold or process your roster. We cannot access your information and nothing is sent to us by default.
Calendar exports include only flight details such as flight number, departure/arrival airports, and times — information already publicly available. Crew details and personal data are never exported. Exports go only to the calendar destinations you choose.
When the Logbook module launches, you will have the option to enable encrypted backups to a JetTec-managed server. These backups will exist only for your convenience; JetTec will not access or use your logbook data. Control of your personal information remains solely with you.
If you email us for help, we will see only your email address and the content of your message. This information is used solely to provide support.
All sensitive data stays on-device under the safeguards provided by iOS. Optional backups, if enabled, will be encrypted in transit and at rest.
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date will be revised and the new version posted here.
